The brief
Lovelost wanted to sell their own merch, but holding stock and packing orders by hand is not practical for a band on the road. They needed a store that mostly runs itself.
What we did
- Built an online store on WooCommerce that matches the band and is easy to run.
- Integrated print on demand so items are printed and shipped automatically when an order comes in.
- Set it up so new designs can be added and go live the same day, with no upfront stock.
The result
The band can drop new merch the day a design is ready, with nothing to buy, store, or ship themselves. The store handles fulfilment in the background.
